Who? - What? - Where?
Aarstidernes' idea is simple: we grow organic vegetables in our garden and pack the season's best organic produce in a box, add recipes written for tasty everyday meals and deliver the box to your front door.
The first box from Aarstiderne with the characteristic @-å came into the world in 1999. Today we deliver vegetable and fruit boxes with fish and meat boxes and not least our meal boxes, containing all the ingredients for 2 or 3 meals.
Today we deliver to around 40,000 households in Denmark and 5,000 in Sweden. Its still all about the joy of organic vegetables and tasty meals and Aarstiderne grows, like the seasons, year on year.

We recreate the close links between the work of the organic farmer and the work in all the kitchens - transforming the bounties of the land into feasts of honest, nutritious, seasonal and inspired food.

Grounding
At Aarstiderne we work every day to restore the land. We cultivate the ground and raw materials at our farm Billeslund in Southern Jutland. We make meals and develop recipes in our country kitchen on Krogerup breeding farm in North Zealand. And we pack the vegetables in our farm in Barritskov in Jutland and drive it all to your front door.
